All services are provided based on agreed proposals or contracts between PXDS and the client.
3. Payments & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to begin work.
- Final payment is due upon project completion or as outlined in your proposal.
- Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
4. Revisions & Approvals
We offer a set number of revisions (as outlined in your package). Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
All work must be approved by the client before launch or final delivery.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a project at any time. However:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation must be paid for in full.
6. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received:
- You will own the website we design for you.
- PXDS reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
We are not responsible for:
- Any data loss, downtime, or damages due to hosting or third-party services.
- The misuse of your website or content after delivery.
We will always strive to provide high-quality, secure, and professional services.
